What ever happened to the program where Monarch Watch were trying to breed more white monarchs?

I'm not aware of Monarch Watch trying to bred white Monarchs. We had a discussion on the duplex (another Monarch Watch) list serve about someone in England breeding them. I knew of another person in Hawaii also raising them. Hawaii has an 8-10% naturally occurring population of white Monarchs. Also, another person in Australia was raising them. I did have a friend in MA (USA) say that she had raised one, but didn't set out to bred them. Apparently, it can happen in naturally.
