A photo of a Monarch with tag JLU592 was sent to me by a photographer who found it Sept 22, 2007 at Point Pelee National Park. He states he did submit it to Monarchwatch, but did not get a reply. I am assuming it was tagged by someone on the north shore of Lake Erie.
Any help?
