Where'd They Come From?

I spotted several tagged Monarchs today and was wondering where and when they were tagged. I was able to phtotograph four of them. Their numbers are as follows: LLT 000, 009, 018, 020. All were observed at McCrory Gardens, Brookings, SD. I did not see any tagged Monarchs just two days ago. It'll be interesting to see how long they stick around.
