I submitted a picture this year (2007) to the photo contest in the birds and blooms photo contest. It's of a monarch that became a crys here in Ohio too late in the year so I mailed it to my cousin in North Carolina. It was born there and flew away happy

It's an awesome picture and i'm hoping they pick it this summer. If they pick it and I win the grand prize of a trip anywhere in the usa we are going to get together and do Monarch ecucation somewhere

You must have a permit from the USDA/APHIS to transport butterflies across state lines. This law is for everyone, not just butterfly farmers:
