Monarch playing fetch!

Last year, there was this male monarch I named Phil. I saw him while I was taking a walk. He would divebomb me everytime I walked past him, this went on for 3 minutes! Then I saw him hover over something, It was a hair clip! I picked up the hair clip and he started to divebomb me again! So I threw the clip in the air, and he chased after it, waiting until the last second before he touched the ground to fly back in the air! I threw it farther, and he went after it again. I stood there waiting to see what he would do, it turns out he flew back to me, waiting for me to throw the clip! I did this for almost 12 minutes before he was tired. He actually was playing fetch! I caught him and tagged him(CAW 554) I thought that was the end, but when I went back the next day, he returned! I decided to hide the clip, because it seemed he would only stay here, when he saw the clip. I hid it, and then a female monarch came. He went after the female monarch, and zoomed past me one more time, before leaving for good. I never saw him again.
