Lake Katherine Monarch Festival, Palos Hills, IL

Attended this yearly event in Palos Hts, IL on Sunday, September 12th. A good turnout, but not as crowded as years past. The butterfly tent had a number of zebras and others, but like one Monarch. The good people who were in charge of the butterfly tent said they could not get Monarchs because their source was wiped out in Florida with the past two hurricanes. Seems this is a really bad year for the Monarch. Anyone know more about this?
