For those of us who can't get along without our BFB's (butterfly fly bushes). The article above has some recommendations for varieties that don't seed every where.

The Monarch attracting power of those 4 new buddleias wasn't tested.

I recently conducted an attracting power test of 3 new dwarf buddleias and 2 of the 3 were excellent attractors: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MbwTojpj6LY
