Thought I saw a Monarch yesterday, but thought it was a mistake. Then today I not only saw Monarchs I saw tons of eggs on my still very small milkweed. Some leave had 3 eggs on them!

I took in 25 and will take in some more tomorrow. I hope these ladies found a male to mate with so early in the year.

So, we're off and running in Green Bay, WI. Wow, I wasn't expecting that after hearing what a tough year the Monarchs had. Glad to see them back. Hope my milkweed grows fast!
