Here is how it is done on Journey North:

1) Go to your video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zsLUhH3z_c8

Select "Share"
When "Link to this video" appears, an "Embed" button shows up.
Hit "Embed" button and the html code as shown below appears in a box.
