Accidentally stopped a cat from J-ing

I feel like a terrible mom, accidentally showing favoritism. My first cat has pupated very nicely, and I can tell now that it's a she.

But the other... well, s/he was trying to pupae today, and I accidentally knocked her off, trying to clean out her area while I still could. Is this going to cause problems? I didn't mean to!

Oh, and more info: so far, s/he seems OK and is climbing up the side of her container, probably trying to pupate again. So, I hope s/he's OK, but...

If it is moving, then it will go back up and make another pad. Even if you knocked off a caterpillar that was hanging from its pad, you can carefully pick it up and the prolegs will reattach to the silk if you gently drag them across the pad.

Don't worry. They are a lot tougher than you think. They are wild creatures and out in the wild they have many obstacles to over come before they can fly away home.
