WOW! Incredible. I'd love to see that many.

So would I. A few years back I managed to be there when they counted about 400 in the morning. I live about 2 and a half hours from the park, and you have to be there at sunup to see them. It is a hard guess when sizeable roosts will occur. Cold temps and south winds help, but is mostly luck.

Are you getting your Point Pelee info from on-line or from the phone number they update? I have been looking for a daily count on-line and so far have been unable to locate anything?

I was there today before the staff. I found 2 roosts in Hackberry trees. 250 in one and 150 in the other.
