Where are all the Monarchs

What has happened to the Monarch population this year? I have only had a total of "5" Monarchs come into my garden so far this year. I normally would be seeing at least 3 or 4 every day. Could the freezes we had this year in Jan - March have had an affect on their population? I'm not seeing as
many other different bf's in my garden this year either.

Is anyone else here in Florida experiencing what I am?
