My First Butterfly in Western New York

Saw my first Western New York monarch butterfly June 13.

I found a 4 instar caterpillar on my swamp milkweed on June 2, so I know they arrived in our area before June 13. I have not found any eggs, or remnants of any eggs before or since the June 2 caterpillar. My June 2 cat is now in chrysalis.
