CAn anyone help me? I have tried to download the teachers guide (29 pgs) to print. I keep getting a post that is is a "bad encrypt dictionary". I have gotten this message on three different computers. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Internet Explorer? Firefox? Safari?

If you are using Internet Explorer 8, there are some quirky issues with this version.

Can you try another workstation?

Can you try a different browser?

Are you actually downloading this file and then the problem is with your Adobe Acrobat Reader?

What version of Adobe Acrobat Reader? Try a different machine with a later version, etc...

I just retried the download of teacher's butterfly guide and had no issues.

Both the open with and save worked.

Did you have any problems downloading any of the other PDFs?

I am using firefox at home, explorer at work, and safari at a relatives. Adobe has been updated on my computer. I have not had any trouble downloading any of the other information. I even tried other computers at work????????

Check your version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. What is the version you are trying to use?

FINALLY! I've been able to download and print the teachers guide! I had to download Adobe AGAIN. It finally installed correctly. Thanks for all of your help!
