No sightings at Jones Forest yesterday

I was at Jones Forest yesterday looking at their pollinator and butterfly garden.

Nice beautiful tropical milkweed. I believe weed may have had some milkweed beetles on it.

However, in speaking with someone at the garden, they have seen very few Monarchs this year.

The garden had lots of other butterflies and hummingbirds feeding on Nectar plants but ZERO monarchs.

So seeing Monarchs is as important as where they are not being seen.

This garden is located in North Houston.
