I just love these little guys-I've been raising them before I started kindergarden, and now i am an adult (Almost 19) and I still love em.
It's always been an idea of mine to raise a caterpillar from an egg and take pics of him every day. I'll post the finished journal on my gallery in deviant art once i find an egg and once it's finnished. Let me know if you are interested to see it!

Hi Katie,
I hope the preschoolers that I teach will grow up to love Monarchs as you did! .My digital camera is very limited so I am unable to take any great pictures of eggs or 1st instars. I would love to see ( and share with my kids) your journal when it is done.
