Daylight vs Lamplight

The rearing season is over for me this year as I just released my last 2 butterflies yesterday but just the lessening of daylight lately had me wondering about if indoor light has any effect on chrysalises or cats? I keep all of my rearing containers in my office and that's the room I tend to be in during the evening and with the fading daylight lately it just got me wondering since I have been having to turn the lights one. Sorry if this is a noob question, I did a search but didn't come up with anything so I wanted to ask!
