Question For Those With Pets

Postby Gwynne » Fri Sep 24, 2010 9:18 am

I know that if you have pets and you use flea and tick preventatives, that can cause a problem for the caterpillars.

What about the opposite? Can your pets be harmed from sick caterpillars and diseased chrysalises? Since chrysalises breathe and other chrysalises can get sick if you dont isolate the bad chrysalises, I am assuming these viruses are airborne. Can your cat or dog get sick from them?
