Brown spot on crysallis??

Postby dzyg » Wed Aug 10, 2005 2:31 pm

I had several cats making crysallis this morning and I noticed one has a brown spot on the side that breaks open when they hatch, more towards the middle though, it is small but noticable. I have never seen this before and am assuming something is wrong with it. My question is should I remove the crysallis as there are three other normal ones in the container? Will it infect the others if I leave it in there or is it ok to just watch to see if it gets worse? :(

Thanks!

I don't think I would worry about it just yet. If it gets worse then i'd remove it.

It could be a little touch of OE, and it could be something more serious. Brian
