butterflies still alive

We have one butterfly still alive as of Jan. 20th. The other two died within the last week. It looks really sad because its wings crumbled. It has survived on a diet of sugar water, gatorade, or fresh pineapple.

Good Job!!! I have one still alive also, she is looking a bit worn with tattered wings, but perked up when she met one of her offspring today, a male monarch. The cycle will continue!
