How do I add picture to Waystation registry

Can someone please tell me how to add my photo to my waystation registry? I did send the photo to the email address someone suggested in a previous post awhile ago but it was never responded to or posted.

Has your Waystation been registered? Supposedly, once it is registered they will give you details for submitting photos.

"(4) Once you submit your application, you will be able to order a 9" x 12" weatherproof sign (shown above) for display and/or other support materials to be determined. You will also be able to submit photos of your Monarch Waystation to be included in the online Registry."

I am already registered and I have my certificate and my number and my sign. I am listed on the registry but they never gave me instructions on submiting my photo.

Monarch Waystation photos and/or comments may be emailed to me at JLOVETT@KU.EDU - they will be added to the registry as soon as possible. Please be sure to include your Waystation ID Number on all communications.
