Today at 1PM with the temperature of 62F., topping out at 70F. at 3PM, I observed a male monarch butterfly flying low over a waste field on the edge of Harrisville State Park heading south. Lat. 44.65. It is a very nice and sunny day with 50% fall colors here in NE Michigan. This was the 3rd monarch for October.
