I had my first wasp destroy one of my swallowtail butterflies. It was the last one to eclose, and instead of a beautiful black swallowtail, there was a nasty looking wasp in the "hatching house." I have released 6 swallowtails this summer, and 4 monarchs, so far.

Don't feel too bad, it happens to all of us. You had mostly sucessful ones!!!
