Cockrell Butterfly Center in Houston

Postby texas butterfly » Sun Jun 28, 2009 9:49 pm

I hadn't been to the butterfly center in quite awhile.

Went today and found it to be a really neat experience.

I highly recommend going to this butterfly center if you love butterflies and are in the Houston area.

I go to the one in Maryland called Brookside Botanical Gardens. Their exhibit is called "Wings of Fancy".

Anyone visiting the St. Louis area would enjoy The Butterfly House at Faust Park. They have a year round indoor tropical exhibit and a beautiful outside butterfly garden spring through fall.
The Missouri Botanical Garden also has a butterfly garden. I visit both venues to take photos.
