Are other universities involved in the Monarch Watch program

Postby MONA » Sun Sep 18, 2005 6:03 pm

I work for a university in Wilmington, North Carolina. Do other universities work with the Monarch Watch program? If so, where do I find information about it? Are they waystations also?

We don't have a formal relationship with other Universities, but there are certainly many people affiliated with colleges and universities throughout North America that are involved with Monarch Watch is one way or another. We do not maintain a "Monarch Watcher" list that is publicly accessible, though we are working on something along these lines - perhaps using these forums.

As far as the Monarch Waystations go, we update the Registry often

http://www.monarchwatch.org/ws/registry.html

and will soon have a more robust database in place. Currently, I believe there are only 2 or 3 sites in NC that are registered.

Hope this helps!
