Update messages link on MW home page?

Just a thought.... is there a way to put a small 'window' or 'ticker' or something on the homepage of monarchwatch.org that would show recently added messages to this forum?

That way, regulars visiting the MW homepage could see if new postings have been made, and new visitors might be enticed to come over to the forums and post?
